WAS Hi-Flow Filter Cartridge

The HY-FLOW series cartridges are designed for in-depth filtration but where a large flow rate is occurring. The graded density structure of the media is designed with a low fiber density on the filter surface with progressively higher density toward the center as per our MBN and MBA standard melt-blown cartridges. The use of an inner large diameter cartridge in addition to the low pressure drop of the melt-blown media, permits to use a reduced quantity of filter elements for large flow rate application. Consequently, also the filter housing will be smaller and finally the global investment cost will be lower. HY-FLOW series filter elements are manufactured with coreless design to offer the advantage of a crushable media and reduced disposable cost. The HY-FLOW series filter elements are mounted on a specific permanent 316L SS perforated core to increase the differential pressure resistance and easy maintenance.
