UNION Instruments INCA 1050
General Description
UNION Instruments' INCA 1050 is part of the INCA series gas analysers for continuous natural gas analysis. It is specifically designed for determining methane and higher hydrocarbons (C2+) in natural gas. Based on the measurement results, heating value, calorific value, Wobbe index, and gas density are calculated. For this purpose, the device uses a dual-channel infrared sensor compensated against variations of pressure and temperature.
Typical application of this device is the monitoring of critical combustion processes in industrial plants such as glass melting tanks or heating furnaces in steel industry.
