Nominal Depth Filter Cartridges
Meltblown Filter Cartridges
Meltblwon filter cartridges are designed for high efficiency and fewer change-outs. Our meltblown filters are manufactured through an exclusive process that thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers. Smaller diameter fibers are at the surface and sequentially larger diameter fibers are used toward the center. This process traps particles more evenly throughout the cross section.
Standard meltblown filter cartridges are manufactured without a core. For applications with higher PSI ratings, the filter cartridge is available with a polypropylene core, offering the same high efficiency and long life.
The meltblown depth filter is a nominally rated filter that works well as either a pre-filter or final filter in a wide range of applications including industrial, chemical process, food and beverage, cosmetics, and water.

PECOFacet PEACH® 90 (P90)
PEACH® 90 consists of several lateral sections of PEM media
formed into a conical helix pattern. Each section consists of
multiple helical wrapped layers. Through thermal bonding,
layers are applied to conform and overlap the previous layer,
forming a cone…the conical helix structure. This structure results
in a graded density pattern that yields high
contaminant loading, structural strength, maximum efficiency,
and excellent reproducibility

PECO Filter-Tex (FT)
PECO originally created the Tex-Pure product in
the 1930's from simple, readily available cotton
materials and introduced it to the oil & gas
industry for compressor lube oil filtration. In the
decades since it has become an industry icon
known as the "sock filter". Today, Tex-Pure
elements are available in a variety of materials
providing flexibility, economy and reliable
depth filtration for many industrial applications.

Graver Resin Bonded Filter Cartridges (RTEC)
RTEC Series filters feature an acrylic fiber/phenolic resin
construction that produces an extremely rigid pore structure.
This construction allows the filter to withstand extremes of
viscosity and temperature without compression or collapse. In
addition, a true graded density construction allows complete
utilization of the filter’s depth, with coarse particles captured
in the outer zones and finer particles captured nearer the
core.
